British family business, Primeur, made its Spring Fair debut earlier this month. With six million units sold annually and 55 years of heritage in the market, Primeur’s doormats were already on solid ground when they entered the UK’s premier retail trade exhibition on 4th-7th February at the NEC. From destination garden centres and department stores to mail order giants and high street retailers, Primeur reaches all around the nation in this hero product category. Spring Fair’s army of independent retailers were inspired to see how stylishly innovative this essential home accessory can be as one of Britain’s most popular wildlife artist’s, Bree Merryn, appeared on Primeur’s stand in support of their new licensed collection featuring her much-loved artworks. The brand-new collection of doormats, featuring 18 individual designs, are produced under license from Bree Merryn, one of Britain’s most popular wildlife artists. Bree was on Primeur’s stand in Hall 8 to help promote the new collection and catch up with her friends and colleagues in the home and gift industry. With many retailers already stocking Bree’s distinctive wall art and incredibly successful licensed gift collections, the doormats help to create a seamless look throughout the home, from the moment you set foot inside. A total of 18 Bree Merryn artworks have been used in the initial launch for Primeur, across a range of qualities and price points, and price points, with more already in the pipeline for future line extensions. Bree will join Primeur at the Garden Press Event on 20th February.
